Feature: Hotlist
Description:
The Hotlist allows you to keep track of high priority leads. If you talk to a prospect that is interested be sure to add them to your Hotlist for later follow up. Adding someone to your Hotlist is like setting an appointment but without a specific date and time. You decide when to call people back from your Hotlist. Also, using the "Dial Hotlist" feature, you can call everybody on your Hotlist in sequence.
Every user in the system has their own Hotlist. Leads can be listed on the Hotlists of multiple users at the same time. If a lead is on your Hotlist, a red folder icon will appear next to that lead in a list of leads. You can add a lead to your Hotlist by clicking "Add To Hotlist" inside the lead, or by checking the box next to a lead, selecting the option "Add To Hotlist" from the "Select Action:" menu, then pressing the button "Go".
Feature: Folders
Description:
Folders provide a simple way to organize your leads. You can also use Folders to create lists of leads for dialing, kind of like a campaign, but containing only the leads you select. The "Customers" tab has been moved into a Folder. When you add a lead to the "Customers Folder" it has the same effect as pressing "Sold" on that lead; if you have an email drip sequence set up for customers, this will be automatically started.
Folders can be created by any user. Users will have access to every Folder, unlike the Hotlist, which is per-user. You can control which leads in a Folder should be dialed by using the "Mark As Called" and "Mark As Uncalled" options in the "Select Action:" menu. If a lead shows up as green inside of the Folder then that lead is Uncalled and ready to be dialed the next time you click "Dial This Folder". If a lead is blue, then it is already Called and will be skipped the next time the list is dialed.
So that you don't call the same people twice if you don't mean to, if you dial a lead using the Campaign Dialer, Click-To-Dial, or from any Folder, it will mark it as Called in every Folder. Pressing "Set All To Uncalled" in any Folder will reset the leads to Uncalled for that Folder only.
