Feature: Campaign Dialer Report

Description:
We have released a new and improved report to help agents track their progress when using the Campaign Dialer. This new report is listed with our other reports under the "Reports" tab.

This report will tell you how much calling time was spent on each list that you dial and also how that calling time is broken down between different staff members. Also, you can track the disposition of leads from different lists to see which lists are generating quality prospects.
