Update: Voicemail Messages

Feature: Updates the Voicemail feature for leaving messages for leads.

Description:

While calling Internet Leads, or through a list on the Campaign Dialer, staff members have the ability to leave one of several custom, pre-recorded voicemail messages by pressing a Voicemail button on the screen (inside the "Now Calling" box), or "5" on your phone. This will speed up your calling time by leaving tailored message for specific prospects without having to speak the message each time.

Create a library of pre-recorded voicemail messages for your entire office, then select which one to leave on any answering machine, while you move onto the next call.

Updates:

• Leave a voice mail by pressing "5" on the phone, or Voicemail on screen (inside the "Now Calling" box).
